Property
Casa Vista Verde encompasses 8.5 landscaped acres on Milton Bight, a picturesque bay on Roatan’s north shore, slightly east of the island center. The property offers 800 feet of private beachfront on crystal clear Caribbean water. Following a short 20-minute ride from the airport, guests will enjoy the cool, consistent trade winds and spectacular views of the sea and coral reefs just off shore.
The main house, situated atop a small hill, slopes gently down to the sea on three sides. The house features upper and lower wraparound covered decks, large pool and patio, and a 6 person outdoor spa tub. A separate cabana features a patio overlooking the beach and dock, indoor and outdoor showers, and kitchenette and dining area. For convenience, caretaker quarters are located near the gated entrance.
The grounds have been cultivated with guest enjoyment in mind. Depending on the season, guests will enjoy their choice of pineapple, coconut, guava, mango, lime, plum, banana, plantain, and other fruits grown on the property.

This three-level custom home was completed in 2008 to the highest standards, and no expense was spared to ensure guest comfort. The house features 5 bedrooms (4 upstairs and 1 on the main floor), all with en-suite baths. All bathrooms feature beautiful stone counters and two-person tubs. The master bath showcases a two-person spa tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity.
The downstairs master bedroom and two upstairs bedrooms feature queen size beds, and the two additional upstairs bedrooms have full size beds. If additional capacity is required, two fold-down futon couches are available for a maximum sleeping capacity of 14 guests.
At meal time, the large expandable dining table seats 12 comfortably, with kitchen seating available for an additional 4 people. Provisioning service before your arrival is available, along with a full time maid and chef to staff the home and help you during your stay.
The large kitchen features top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances and is outfitted with a full selection of flatware, stemware and china. Dining parties as large as 60 people can be accommodated using the on-site casual furnishings. For larger events, Casa Vista Verde also features a separate upright freezer and walk in refrigerator/freezer.
The open concept dining and living areas are on the ocean side of the house with beautiful views in all directions. Guests will appreciate the many windows and large doors opening onto covered porches on both the main and upper level. Between the living area and the covered porches, it is easy to find a comfortable chair or couch to curl up with a cold drink and a good book.
Custom-made mahogany furniture throughout the house and top quality linens help make Casa Vista Verde a luxurious retreat for all our guests.
For the divers in the group, dive boat pickup and drop off is available from the 100 foot property dock through Subway Watersports, located at the nearby Turquoise Bay Resort. For new divers, instruction is available on the premises using the property pool, also arranged via Subway.
After a full day of activities, it may be time to retire to the game room, where guests can enjoy the large screen surround sound entertainment system, extensive video and audio collection, full bar, and game table perfect for a friendly round of cards or pool.

Full concierge service is offered, including but not limited to daily maid service, private chef, nanny service, scuba diving trips and instruction, fishing charters, spa treatments, and island tours.
Arrival
Upon arrival on the island, you’ll be met by a property representative. Following luggage pickup, transport arrangement, and a short ride to the property, you’ll be introduced to the caretaker, shown the grounds, and provided instruction on operation of the home’s amenities.
For guests electing to use the PWC and/or scooter, an introduction, safety discussion, and checkout ride will be completed.
2008/2009 Rates
Casa Vista Verde is available nightly (minimum stays apply - see below for details) for 10 overnight guests, or on an event basis for larger parties or receptions.
$430 per night September 1st 2008 through December 15th 2008 (excluding Thanksgiving week)(4 night minimum stay)

Rates subject to change without notice. Reservations made prior to rate changes will be honored at the rate in effect at time of deposit.
Above rates are based on 10 guests. For 8 guests, a 10% discount on the above rates is applicable, for 6 guests a 15% discount will be applied. Discounts for stays longer than 10 days are also available - please inquire for details.

All rates are subject to 16% local Honduran tax.
Rates for the scooter will be $40 per day or $200 per week, rates for the PWC will be $100 per day or $450 per week. In addition, a security deposit of $500 will apply for the scooter and $1500 for the PWC, in addition to the house deposit.
We’ll offer a 10% discount for 8 guests, and 15% for 6 guests.
A 15% opening special discount on the above rates is available for bookings made and stays completed before the end of 2008.
For groups of less than 6 people, or multi-week rentals, discounts may be available – please inquire for details.
*PWC and Scooter Use
For insurance reasons, all scooter riders must wear helmets (provided), and all PWC riders must wear life jackets.
Scooter operators must be licensed drivers, PWC operators must be at least 16 years of age.
All scooter and PWC operators must complete the safety briefing and checkout ride to staff satisfaction before operating vehicles.
Fuel: Both scooter and PWC will have full fuel tanks upon your arrival. The scooter uses regular gasoline which may be purchased at any of the gas stations around the island. The PWC uses premium fuel which is NOT readily available on the island, and it may be damaged through the use of regular fuel. There is no charge for the first tank of PWC fuel; if more fuel is needed guests are asked to contact staff for refueling. Fuel beyond the first tank will be charged at cost.
For safety reasons, the PWC may only be used during daylight hours, and for guest convenience will be launched and retrieved daily by staff. The scooter is available for guest use 24 hours a day.
**Cell Phone
A cell phone with pre-programmed staff numbers and worldwide calling capability will be provided to you for the duration of your stay. The phone will be pre-charged with 100Lempira(about $5) credit; if additional credit is required Claro cards may be purchased at many locations around the island.
