Half Moon Bay House is one of the nicest and most luxurious houses available for rental in West End Village, and you can rent all or part of it.
Yes, you can have it all! Located on a small spit of land that forms the bay's west side, it has amazing ocean views in almost every direction, is quiet and private, yet just a block from the center of town. So, it is close to everything. This is a brand new, top flight luxury home, with first rate furnishings and features. Those include central AC, granite counter tops, hardwood cabinets and trim, and hardwood and tile floors.
The house has 4BR's: one king and two queen bedroom suites, each with an ocean view, balcony, and full bath. The fourth bedroom has both a queen and twin, and is next to the fourth bathroom. This house can be rented as a 4BR house, or two of the bedrooms can be locked out making it a 2BR house, or you can rent just 1 or 2 bedrooms.
You do not need a car to enjoy your vacation at this house, and we don't recommend spending the money on one (though there will be parking by early 2007). Our rates include air conditioning, sea kayaks, use of a cell phone, meeting you at the airport, weekly cleaning, and all taxes, so it's really a great value.
One of the best restaurants in town, the Lighthouse, is just steps away, as is their boat dock. Walk a block to the main street and you are in the center of town, with the taxi stand, bars, restaurants, coffee shop and bakery, grocery stores, dive shops, gift shops, etc. right there.
Maid service and a cook are available upon request. Just let us know what you need. We love Roatan (and this home) and can answer any questions that you have.
This House Is Now Equipped with a Hotel Safe Large Enough for A Laptop Computer, for the Guest’s Use.

Roatan is a Snorkeling and Scuba Diving Paradise with almost 100 recognized dive sites. The reef starts directly in front of the house next to the beach, and you can swim or kayak to several excellent by dive sites close by. There are 2 two-person sea kayaks at the house for your enjoyment.
