Henrik Jensen's Experience

 2010 - Currently in process of developing 2 properties in French Key for luxury ocean front homes.

2009 - Assisted investors in purchasing of 30 acres (7 diffrent parcels) of prime ocean side land located in West Bay area of Key Hole. Development of infrastructure with road building and lotification in progress (to begin sales in Dec 2010).

2008 - Started construction of own home in French Key, Roatan. Completed 1 year 8 months later (April 2010)

2008 - Served on Roatan Real Estate Association Board of Directors for 2 years.

2007 – Brought Remax, Bay Islands, Franchise Real Estate Company.

2006 - Sold 7 parcels of land to Blue Ocean Reef Development & assisted in bank financing for investor. Helped with development in marketing, listings and sales. Dealt with bank releases, liasing with Banco Atlantida. Sold 16 lots and 3 condos in Blue Ocean Reef (through Remax, Bay Islands).

2006 - Bought 4 acres of and at Six Huts, First Bight (Blue Ocean Reef) . Built the View Restaurant (leased out for 2 years). Built own home within Blue Ocean Reef. Sold 2 acres of hillside land next to The View Restaurant.

2005 - Bought 13 acre in Pollytilly, built tourist business (Yubu Garifuna Experience, currently still operating) on 1 ˝ acres, and developed sub-division with well, electricity, lotification. Sold whole development after lotification.

2004 - Developed first commercial shopping mall in West Bay (West Bay Beach Mall). Pre-sold all 10 commercial units and 10 condo’s within 1 year. Completed project from beginning to end.

2004 - Started working for Remax, Bay Islands in French Harbour, Roatan. Managed development of Sunset Villas Condos’s & Lots in West End (lotification, road building, infrastructure, marketing, sales). 16 Lots & 20 Condo’s sold within 18 month time period.

2000 – Moved to Roatan. Opened first Internet Café in West End and started own Real Estate Company (Rainbow Real Estate). Marketing, Sales, Listing of properties throughout Roatan.

11999 - Sold home and bought 12 acres of beachfront land in Rock Harbour, Utila. Divided into 5 parcels of 2 ˝ each sold all lots.

1998- Developed residential property in Sandy Bay, Utila (8 house lots sold and built own home).

1997 - Developed ocean front lot in Red Cliff, Utila and 2 sub-divisions (1 parcel with 7 lots, 2nd parcel with 8 lots) at Pumpkin Hill, Utila. All sold.

1996 - Sold Cayo Tomon, Cayos Cochinos. Bought Jack Neal Beach (14 acres) in Utila. Developed property into 29 lots (cleared land, built water system with well and water tank, lotification, built dock and caretakers cabin). Sold out development in 9 months.

1993 - Moved to Utila, Bay Islands. Operated many businesses including Real Estate Company, travel agency, book exchange, restaurant & bar.

1992 - Brought Cayo Timon in Cayos Cochinos. Built house on cay.

1991 - Moved to Honduras.
